We met them at the Lava Hot Springs. The water was hot. Almost too hot. It's amazing how that warmth just pops out of the earth.

We even had to get Creamies to cool off!

We walked down main street to a cute little pizza place right our to the seventies. It was perfect!

Then we headed up to Pocatello to Mel's house. We stayed up late, of course, talking and watching the kids sing American Idol on the X Box.
The next day we ate lunch out and played in the sunshine. My kid's faces are rosy today. We also grabbed soft serve yogurt at Kiwi Loco. Yum!

Thanks for having us Mel and Dave. I think this might be a regular getaway. I loved the long walk, your automatic light sensors in the pantry and mud room, and I loved that the kids still get along so well.
