Welcome to Downton Harrisby
In order to accomplish better manners at the Harris table we have started a new incentive program called "Downton Harrisby." To start off my new plan, I made each child watch a dinner portion episode with the Crowleys. As you can see, we can't even watch tv properly. Next, we made a list of good behaviors at the dinner table and stuck them on a silver platter. If they can show us these manners at dinnerstime, they are allowed to put three stickers on Carson. Once Carson is all covered up, we will take these manners into public and treat them to dinner at Downton Applebys. Scary thought, but I believe they can do it. Wish us luck!

um, i realize now after making my previous comment that we watched downton sixby together last summer. duh. apparently nothing exciting in my life has happened since then!
